Our Role as Executors
We undertake this role either personally or through BORSDORFF Testamentsvollstreckung GmbH, which provides a structured and professional framework for complex estate administrations.
In this way, we combine personal responsibility with institutional stability and create the foundation for a reliable and sustainable administration process.
The appointment of an executor is particularly advisable where estates include business assets, young or internationally based heirs, family tensions, vulnerable beneficiaries, extensive legacies or foundation structures.
As experienced executors, we ensure that your final wishes are carried out reliably, securely and in accordance with your intentions.
We manage the administration – and, where appropriate, the long-term management – of the estate with care, independence and loyalty to the wishes of the deceased.
In addition to serving as executors, we advise beneficiaries and executors on all legal matters arising in connection with estate administration under an executorship.
In addition to acting as executors ourselves, we also advise and represent heirs and executors in all legal matters relating to the administration of estates subject to executorship arrangements.
