Managing Partner · Attorney-at-Law (Germany) · Certified Specialist Lawyer for Inheritance Law · Certified Executor (AGT) · Master of Laws (Muenster) in Inheritance Law & Family Business Succession
Frederike Borsdorff, born in 1978, advises high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurial families and international clients on all aspects of succession planning, inheritance law and estate administration. Her work combines forward-looking planning, strategic dispute resolution and the reliable implementation of testamentary arrangements.
A particular focus of her practice lies in contentious inheritance matters, especially disputes between co-heirs, forced heirship claims and complex estate structures. At the same time, she is equally dedicated to succession planning and professional estate administration, acting both personally and through BORSDORFF Testamentsvollstreckung GmbH.
An important part of her work involves advising on real estate assets, which often play a central role in succession matters – whether in lifetime transfers, valuation and allocation within estates, or the distribution of real estate between co-heirs. In this context, she combines legal precision with a strong understanding of commercial and family dynamics.
Frederike Borsdorff particularly enjoys matters with an international dimension. She appreciates the diversity of life situations and legal systems reflected in cross-border succession matters and values the challenge of translating complex personal and family circumstances into clear legal structures.
